In line with providing our customers with the best quality and customer experience, we have established a considerate cancellation and refund policy.
We plan each project at MarketHive.
All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. This is done to ensure that both parties fully understand the work required to eliminate the possibility of project cancellations, reversals or disputes.
As time is taken to reach each milestone and complete each module, it is not possible to obtain reimbursement for work already completed.
In the event that a project is mutually terminated, the client has control of all completed work and any additional development payments will be forfeited. No previous payments or deposits will be refunded.
No payment will be refunded once the client approves the mock-up designs and we move on to the development phase of the project.
There are no partial reimbursements for projects halfway through a milestone phase.
Cancellations of services offered by our marketing team on special occasions are not contemplated. These are limited time offers and cannot be cancelled.
Digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but the client may cancel with 30 days written notice.
We do not offer refunds of deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days.
